真正的寒冬開始了，大家穿戴都比較嚴(yán)實(shí)，遮擋了視線，手腳也不夠靈活了。在這樣的情況下，萬(wàn)一出現(xiàn)意外比較難以應(yīng)對(duì)。在此，我和大家講講學(xué)校冬季安全小知識(shí)。一、行路安全由于早晨大霧茫茫，或者冰凍，影響了汽車的剎車性能。因此，步行外出時(shí)要注意，一定要靠路邊行走。橫過(guò)馬路時(shí)，要注意來(lái)往車輛，不要斜穿、猛跑；在通過(guò)十字路口時(shí)，不得橫過(guò)馬路。冬天更不要在結(jié)有薄冰的湖面、河面、小溪邊玩耍，這樣最容易出事。二、運(yùn)動(dòng)安全冬季長(zhǎng)跑是一項(xiàng)不錯(cuò)的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)，但是在長(zhǎng)跑鍛煉前準(zhǔn)備活動(dòng)一定要充分，并系好鞋帶。鍛煉后還要做整理活動(dòng)，同時(shí)一定要注意保暖，以防感冒。我們還需要特別注意，在集體長(zhǎng)跑中，不可以推推搡搡，或者手插在口袋里，或者一邊跑步一邊講話，這樣很容易發(fā)生意外，也不利于健康。
