教師教學工作考核制度
１、教案檢查制度： 為了消除無教案上課現(xiàn)象，年級部每月進行一次教案檢查登記，根據(jù)教案數(shù)量考核課時津貼，根據(jù)備課數(shù)量和質(zhì)量考核當月教案得分。平時考核按10分制。根據(jù)備課格式的規(guī)范性，備課內(nèi)容、板面及書寫綜合評分，上等記為9-10分，中等記為5-8分，下等在5分以下，上等人數(shù)不得超過30%。教務處或教研室開學和期末要對教師教案進行檢查，并評選出本期優(yōu)秀教案?！ 。病⒆鳂I(yè)檢查制度： 年級部每月對任課教師的作業(yè)布置和批改情況作檢查登記，并評定當月得分，按10分制記錄。作業(yè)率在10％以下記1分，作業(yè)率在10%至20%記2分依此類推。但批改不認真的要在基本分上酌情扣分，作業(yè)率＝作文一次按兩次統(tǒng)計。體育音樂課允許無作業(yè)，此項評分將根據(jù)兩操一課活動的開展情況，平時的各種活動開展情況和成績記錄、資料收集等項目進行考核，學期末由年級部和教務處考核評分。
