部編版語文八年級下冊《回延安》說課稿
從作文批改的情況來看，較多學(xué)生作文的字?jǐn)?shù)不足，文章的段落少，語句不夠通順，中心不明確，有的同學(xué)作文只是從閱讀短文中抄些內(nèi)容，甚至個別同學(xué)一個字也不寫，寫作態(tài)度極差。針對上述情況，我認(rèn)為，作為教者要強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)知識、閱讀和作文教學(xué)，使本年級的學(xué)生的語文成績有所提高。改變態(tài)度，關(guān)愛學(xué)生。放下架子，蹲下身子，走進(jìn)學(xué)生的心靈，學(xué)生才會親其師，信其道。情感的交流是我們工作的突破口，用情感到學(xué)生，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情和潛能。我們的策略是：扶特---促中---培優(yōu)，通過個別輔導(dǎo)和分散培優(yōu)的形式對學(xué)生進(jìn)行扶特培優(yōu)，具體做好四個字：細(xì)，從細(xì)節(jié)、小事入手。盯，盯緊特殊學(xué)生，矯正他們的不良行為。幫，建立幫扶制度，建立課后輔導(dǎo)機(jī)制?；?，開展競賽，開展活動。因材施教，分層要求。在教學(xué)過程中，不僅要關(guān)注優(yōu)秀生和特殊生，也要關(guān)注中等生和下等生，努力提高整體成績。
