XX年秋季學期第一次月考國旗下講話稿：珍惜每一次考試
今天是9月26號，再過三天我們就要進行本學期的第一次考試了。在此之前，我們已經(jīng)在考場上身經(jīng)百戰(zhàn)，并且也可以想象的是，在接下來的求學日子里，我們還會經(jīng)歷大大小小各種各樣的考試。這樣看來，好像這一次被冠之以“月考”之名的考試并不是太重要，或者說在百校聯(lián)考、廣州一模、甚至到最后的高考對比之下，顯得小巫見大巫。你們真的會這樣想嗎？抱著這樣想法的同學，你們可能會在每天的渾渾噩噩和麻木中不知不覺地掉隊。在我看來，每一個同學都應(yīng)該好好珍惜人生中遇到的每一次“考試”。放在高中來看，大到每次的聯(lián)考統(tǒng)考，小到周測和課堂測驗。我們首先要明白考試的存在和意義是什么：考試是為了讓你更清楚地明白自己在上一個學習階段中的得與失，從而更從容地調(diào)整自己往下一個階段出發(fā)，不斷地推進，變成更好的自己。每一次的考試都能夠幫助我們查漏補缺，同時也能肯定自我的付出和努力，這是我們珍惜考試的意義。另外，還有一個很現(xiàn)實的理由：有同學會說：“高考離我還很遠，我只在乎高三的幾次大考?！逼鋵嵨覀冃睦锒记宄呷奈覀冞€會有幾次考試呢？對于高中學習想要在最后的幾次考試中就把自己的能力證明出來，這顯然是不現(xiàn)實的。荀子曰：“不積跬步無以至千里，不積小流無以成江海?！?/p>

敬愛的老師、親愛的同學們：大家早上好!我是九（5）班的林xx，今天我國旗下講話的題目是積極復習，有效迎考。時間過的真快，一晃半個學期即將過去，馬上就將迎來期中考試了。期中考試不僅是對同學們半個學期以來學業(yè)成果的一次盤點、檢閱，更是對同學們的自信心、自覺性、意志力、誠信度的一次考驗。也是對老師們辛勤工作的最好回報。勤奮出天才，這是一面永不褪色的旗幟。它永遠激勵著我們不斷地追求，不斷地探索。每個人都應(yīng)該學會手腦并用，把爛筆頭和聰明大腦結(jié)合起來，刻苦學習，一心向上。只有積極復習，有效迎考方能取得好成績。在復習階段，我們要溫故知新、查漏補缺，把所有的作業(yè)本和測試卷都整理出來，找出原來的錯題，進行歸納總結(jié)，分析錯誤的原因，吸取經(jīng)驗教訓，再做一些同類的題目進行鞏固，并學會一題多解，舉一反三。
文學社工作計劃
1、預(yù)計第8周，舉辦一至兩場文學講座。校領(lǐng)導、老師將全力支持，熱情邀請文化底蘊深厚的老師作一次演講，提高同學們的文學鑒賞能力和寫作水平?！ ?、本學期文學社工作要開展得要認真仔細，積極發(fā)動鼓勵同學們投稿，通過多種渠道宣傳提高文學社的影響力?！ ?、本學期，文學社內(nèi)部分工更為合理更為明確。

實行公務(wù)員平時考核的調(diào)研報告
（一）實施分類考核，細化考核指標。針對不同職務(wù)層次人員合理確定不同考核項目，避免考核標準過于籠統(tǒng)、抽象，力求減少考核誤差。對處室主要領(lǐng)導明確了“思想品德、工作實績、組織領(lǐng)導、溝通協(xié)調(diào)、遵守紀律、工作作風、群眾基礎(chǔ)”等7項考核指標，對其他公務(wù)員明確了“思想品德、出勤情況、工作實績、工作方法、溝通協(xié)調(diào)、遵守紀律、工作作風、群眾基礎(chǔ)”等8 項考核指標。在此基礎(chǔ)上，細化各項考核指標，按百分制確定分值，每一項考核指標均有“優(yōu)、良、一般、較差”4個等級的參考要素，并對每個要素設(shè)立若干具體要求。
