2024年上半年人才工作總結(jié)
(四)加強宣傳力度，大力營造良好的人才工作氛圍。一是積極開展宣傳，發(fā)揮群眾宣傳優(yōu)勢，在全鎮(zhèn)范圍內(nèi)，大力宣傳人才政策，先進典型。二是加強人才工作調(diào)研，深入基層開展調(diào)研，經(jīng)驗，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題加強指導(dǎo)。三是充分利用廣播、展板等宣傳工具進行廣泛宣傳，為我鎮(zhèn)育才、聚才、用才提供經(jīng)驗。同時，我們還利用傳單、黑板報等形式，在全鎮(zhèn)營造“尊重勞動、尊重知識、尊重人才、尊重創(chuàng)造”的良好社會環(huán)境。二、存在的問題一是農(nóng)村年輕人外出務(wù)工多，人才流失嚴(yán)重。由于農(nóng)村就業(yè)機會少，年輕人多數(shù)選擇在大城市發(fā)展就業(yè)，導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村人才儲備不夠。二是高層次高素質(zhì)人才嚴(yán)重匱乏，基層人才嚴(yán)重短缺。三、下步工作打算在今后的人才工作方面，我鎮(zhèn)將重點作好以下工作： 一是全面推動各類人才隊伍建設(shè)。

三、下一步工作打算在今后的工作中，我將認(rèn)真貫徹落實落省市區(qū)關(guān)于深化放管服改革的部署和要求，著力在簡化辦事流程、提高工作效率、優(yōu)化服務(wù)效能上下功夫，重點做好以下工作：一是加強政治理論和業(yè)務(wù)政策學(xué)習(xí)，堅持學(xué)深悟透、學(xué)以致用，切實把思想和行動統(tǒng)一到完成年度工作目標(biāo)任務(wù)上來，進一步轉(zhuǎn)變工作作風(fēng)，加強作風(fēng)建設(shè)，提高工作效能、確保街道政務(wù)服務(wù)工作健康有序進行。二是加強扶貧救助工作，保障困難群眾的基本生活。要從關(guān)注困難群眾生活需求出發(fā)，對申請低保人員和特困人員及時進行摸底調(diào)查，加快信息核對和上報工作。對突發(fā)性困難家庭和個人，簡化申請程序，采取“先行救助”方式直接實施臨時救助。充分發(fā)揮好城鄉(xiāng)最低生活保障金、臨時救、大病救助等救助政策，有效解決困難群眾的暫時性生活困難。
生活中的數(shù)字說課稿
1、數(shù)字找朋友——激發(fā)幼兒對數(shù)學(xué)活動的興趣?！ ?、找數(shù)字——幼兒在食物上找數(shù)字，并激勵幼兒相互交流，說說自己的發(fā)現(xiàn)。 3、生活中的數(shù)字——通過講述、猜想來激勵幼兒暢所欲言，充分調(diào)動幼兒的積極性，營造輕松愉悅的氛圍，拓展幼兒已有的生活經(jīng)驗?！ ?、幸運號碼——通過游戲發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)字的趣味性和豐富性，從而更真切的體會數(shù)字的神奇，隨便的調(diào)換數(shù)字的位置就可以排成不同的數(shù)字組合?！ ?、設(shè)計電話號碼——幼兒運用已有的知識解決問題，為自己編電話號碼。讓沒個幼兒參與其中，從而體驗成功感，使他們對數(shù)字產(chǎn)生極大的興趣，激勵幼兒在生活中主動觀察事物和運用數(shù)字，為以后學(xué)習(xí)奠定基礎(chǔ)。

【通用】公司通用管理制度
第一節(jié) 總則為使公司各項工作規(guī)范化、制度化和統(tǒng)一化，使公司員工的管理有章可循，提高工作效率和員工責(zé)任感、歸屬感，特制定本制度。第一條 公司員工的管理，除遵照國家和地方有關(guān)法令外，都應(yīng)依據(jù)本制度辦理；第二條 本制度所稱員工，系指本公司聘用的全體從業(yè)人員；第二條 本公司如有臨時性、短期性、季節(jié)性或特定性工作，可聘用臨時員工，臨時員工的管理依照合同或其它相應(yīng)規(guī)定，或參照本規(guī)定辦理。第四條 關(guān)于試用、實習(xí)人員，新進員工的管理參照本規(guī)定辦理或修訂之。第二節(jié) 考勤管理第五條 工作時間（如有調(diào)整另行通知）每周正常工作時間為 天，員工每日正常工作時間為 小時：上午：8： 00 － 12 ： 00 下午：13 ： 00 － 18 ： 00 第六條 所有員工必須嚴(yán)格遵守公司考勤制度，實行打卡簽到制度。第七條 遲到、早退、曠工1. 員工均需按時上、下班，工作時間8:00開始后半小時內(nèi)到班者為遲到，超過30分鐘以上者，按曠工半日論處。2. 工作時間下班前半小時內(nèi)下班者為早退，早退一次安曠工處理；3. 員工當(dāng)月內(nèi)遲到、早退合計每三次以曠工一日論；4. 無故遲到超過半小時者以曠工半日論；5. 無故提前半小時以上下班者，以曠工半日論；6. 未經(jīng)請假或假滿未經(jīng)續(xù)假而擅自不到職以曠工論處。7. 員工曠工，不發(fā)當(dāng)日薪資，并扣除月度獎金和季度獎金。8. 連續(xù)曠工三日或全月累計曠工六日或一年累計曠工達(dá)十二日者，予以除名，不發(fā)給資遣費。第八條 請假制度事假和病假，必須提前準(zhǔn)備好假條，由負(fù)責(zé)人簽字方可生效，電話請假得到許可后，假后要及時補上假條并找負(fù)責(zé)人簽字。1. 病假員工須于上班開始的前一個小時內(nèi)，即 7 ：00 － 8 ：00前致電負(fù)責(zé)人，請假一天以上的，病愈上班后須補假，并向行政部出示縣級以上醫(yī)院就診證明。2. 事假2.1 一般性事假需提前一天以上告知相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人，并及時辦理請假手續(xù)；2.2 緊急突發(fā)事情必須由本人，不得委托他人告知負(fù)責(zé)人，經(jīng)負(fù)責(zé)人核準(zhǔn)，方可離開工作崗位，否則按曠工論處。事假期間不計發(fā)工資。（注：每個員工每季度只有一次緊急事假，請假時間在2天以內(nèi)并認(rèn)真履行各項手續(xù)的，可以不予以扣罰工資）第九條 休假制度按國家規(guī)定，員工除星期日休息外，還享有以下有薪假日：元 旦（3天）、春節(jié)（7天）、勞動節(jié)（3天）、端午節(jié)（3天）、中秋節(jié)（3天）和國慶節(jié)（3天），由于業(yè)務(wù)需要，公司可臨時安排員工于法定的公休日、休假日照常上班。
