中學升旗儀式制度
二、全體師生要有秩序地整隊入場，班主任隨班參加，站在班級隊伍后面，其他教職工單獨列隊?！ ∪?、舉行升旗儀式時，場地必須保持整潔，環(huán)境莊嚴，升旗時所有在場人員必須肅立并行注目禮?！ ∷?、學校將把參加升旗儀式紀律納入常規(guī)管理，對學生參加升國旗儀式的出勤、列隊狀況、精神狀態(tài)等進行量化考評?！ ∥?、全體師生在升旗儀式期間要服從指揮，嚴肅認真，列隊整齊，著裝合適（學生統(tǒng)一著校服），禁止交頭接耳說話，禁止接打手機。
小學升旗儀式制度
一、旗手： 升旗手是升旗儀式的主角，因此，旗手必須是品學兼優(yōu)、有責任心的隊員，同時，也可以是為班級為學校爭得榮譽的隊員。旗手所在中隊負責填寫旗手事跡，大隊部負責旗手培訓，旗手應按時升旗、降旗，在惡劣天氣中更要愛護國旗，及時收回保管。 二、主持： 升旗儀式的主持由中隊推薦，大隊培訓的形式產(chǎn)生。主持應熟悉升旗過程。要求普通話標準，主持沒有差錯，會使用學校擴音設備。 三、國旗班： 由各中隊推薦選舉，由學校大隊部統(tǒng)一培訓。承擔出旗任務，每學期組建一次，每星期訓練一次?！ ∷?、國旗下講話： 國旗下講話者可以是隊員、老師、少先隊輔導員、學校行政領導等。講話的內容要符合時代氣氛，符合少年兒童的特點，講話稿在一周前完成，也可以是當前正在發(fā)生或者需要告知的事情，由大隊部審閱批改?！ ×?、考核獎勵： 每學期末，由大隊部根據(jù)國旗班的工作記錄表以及升旗手所在的中隊隊員和輔導員的評價給予考評，評選“最佳升旗手”，發(fā)獎狀或證書，對旗手、主持給予獎勵，并納入中隊考核分。
