二、重點工作開展情況我們緊盯脫貧人口穩(wěn)定增收，強化產(chǎn)業(yè)和就業(yè)幫扶，兜牢防貧基礎(chǔ)。一是抓好務(wù)工就業(yè)。全縣共有XX萬人脫貧勞動力（含監(jiān)測對象XX萬人）外出務(wù)工就業(yè)，超省定年度目標(biāo)XX個百分點。按照每人100元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兌現(xiàn)發(fā)放跨省務(wù)工交通補貼XX萬元。全縣開發(fā)公益性崗位XX個，在運營就業(yè)幫扶車間53個，共計帶動脫貧勞動者XX人就近就業(yè)。制定出臺《XX縣創(chuàng)建鄉(xiāng)村振興“宜業(yè)工坊”實施方案》，組織認(rèn)定第一批“宜業(yè)工坊”51家；二是抓好金融幫扶。為有產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求的脫貧戶、監(jiān)測戶提供貸款，今年新增貸款XX戶XX萬元，較去年增加XX%，小額信貸貸款余額達XX億元，戶貸率為35.6%。三是抓好光伏幫扶。壓實光伏電站運維管護責(zé)任，健全日常管護和市場化運維機制，鞏固提升光伏電站幫扶成效，今年累計兌現(xiàn)村級收益XX萬元、脫貧戶收益XX余萬元。
