精編小學(xué)教師個人成長心得感悟收獲八篇
一、教育教學(xué)方面本學(xué)年年初，我就給自己制定了繼續(xù)把講臺站好、努力把講臺站活的大體目標(biāo)，進(jìn)而從備課、上課、課后反思三個環(huán)節(jié)著手對自己的教學(xué)工作進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。由于所教學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差別較大，這三個環(huán)節(jié)中我都努力做到因材施教，讓成績處于不同層面的學(xué)生都能有所進(jìn)步。作為語文教師，我始終注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的寫作能力，用文如其人的理念來感染和塑造他們的氣質(zhì)及人格。通過努力，我所教的班級語文成績在年級名列前茅，輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生多次在報刊雜志上發(fā)表文章，并在多次作文比賽中獲獎。
職業(yè)中專突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件應(yīng)急預(yù)案
