（三）科學(xué)謀劃、合理配置，推動體育工作爭優(yōu)創(chuàng)強1.開展群眾身邊健身賽事活動。根據(jù)省市體育部門統(tǒng)一部署，組織謀劃好各項賽事活動，籌備縣龍舟錦標(biāo)賽，組隊參加**市第**屆運動會。依托單項體育協(xié)會，常態(tài)化的開展群眾體育活動和健身培訓(xùn)。2.持續(xù)實施快樂健身暖民心行動。根據(jù)縣暖民心快樂健身行動方案和省市體育局相關(guān)要求，聚焦群眾就近健身需要，利用“金邊銀角”，規(guī)劃建設(shè)健身設(shè)施，把群眾需要的、質(zhì)量好的健身設(shè)施配到群眾身邊。（四）抓好監(jiān)督、推進建設(shè)，規(guī)范廣播電視新聞出版1.抓好廣播電視安全播出。認(rèn)真抓好安全播出工作。加強廣播電視日常安全播出的監(jiān)管，確保重要保障期間的安全播出。2.加強農(nóng)家書屋管理建設(shè)。規(guī)范新聞出版各項工作。繼續(xù)推進“**分鐘閱讀圈”城市閱讀空間建設(shè)。做好2024年農(nóng)家書屋管理。

一．教學(xué)內(nèi)容方面：本模塊主要以家鄉(xiāng)為題材，圍繞方位，位置及形容詞的比較級等語法現(xiàn)象，開展聽說讀寫活動。今天我講的這節(jié)課是Module2 的第二單元，是一節(jié)讀寫課。學(xué)生在經(jīng)過第一單元的學(xué)習(xí)后，對形容詞比較級的語法現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)有了一定的認(rèn)識和掌握。所以本節(jié)課主要是借助模塊中的學(xué)習(xí)材料，對學(xué)生進行閱讀訓(xùn)練，幫助學(xué)生掌握關(guān)于方位，位置的語法現(xiàn)象，并指導(dǎo)學(xué)生用所學(xué)語言簡單介紹自己的家鄉(xiāng)。所以整個課堂教學(xué)我設(shè)計了兩個大的活動。一是，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生精讀教材文章，二是，讀后引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參照范例，進行仿寫訓(xùn)練。

教學(xué)理念及設(shè)計思路：歌曲《斑鳩調(diào)》是江西安遠的民間小調(diào)，也是當(dāng)?shù)毓?jié)日歌舞活動中的一種傳統(tǒng)“燈歌”。將“燈歌”這種載歌載舞的形式作為本課的知識點和動點貫穿于學(xué)生的實踐活動中，讓學(xué)生在課堂上動起來，調(diào)動學(xué)生聽覺的動、視覺的動、全身的動。使學(xué)生在動中體驗，在動中愉悅，從而真正了解江西燈歌的音樂與舞蹈特征。教學(xué)方法：采用情境教學(xué)法、對比欣賞法、視覺圖像法、參與體驗法等。學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體，根據(jù)教材的內(nèi)容和學(xué)生年齡的特點，我在學(xué)法的指導(dǎo)時緊緊圍繞教學(xué)目標(biāo)，主要通過“聽”、“唱”、“看”、“做”等要素，讓學(xué)生去感知歌曲的情緒、演唱方式，使學(xué)生通過直觀感受、親身體驗從感性認(rèn)識到理解接受。本課我在教學(xué)中引導(dǎo)學(xué)生獨立探索、去發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、學(xué)生互相交流討論問題，采用交流重于傳授式教學(xué)。并將難點教學(xué)融入興趣中，與學(xué)生在反復(fù)對答演唱中,師生互動既提高了學(xué)習(xí)興趣,又在不知不覺中解決了難點。
《包楞調(diào)》教案
教學(xué)過程一、導(dǎo)入1.師：你們知道戰(zhàn)國時期齊魯燕趙等國是現(xiàn)在我國的哪些省嗎？生： 包括山東、河北、北京、天津及蘇北徐州地區(qū)。2.師：今天，老師就帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們進入齊魯燕趙支脈的音樂世界。二、新課教學(xué)1.欣賞《包楞調(diào)》 師：聆聽歌曲，說一說這首歌曲給你最突出的印象是什么？它對歌曲的情緒產(chǎn)生了什么影響？ 生：“包楞楞楞”這些襯詞的印象最突出，使歌曲情緒既開朗又活潑。 師：這是一首流行于山東成武縣一帶的民歌，因襯詞“包楞楞楞”而得名。2.欣賞《沂蒙山小調(diào)》 師：聆聽歌曲，請同學(xué)們?yōu)楦枨鷦澐謽肪?。生劃分? 請同學(xué)們邊聽音樂邊仔細觀察樂譜，找出旋律發(fā)展的規(guī)律。生思考聽辨后回答。 師：這條旋律的發(fā)展規(guī)律我們稱之為“魚咬尾”。魚咬尾是指前一樂句的結(jié)束音與下一樂句的第一個音相同，也叫銜尾式、接龍式或連鎖傳遞，是中國傳統(tǒng)音樂中發(fā)展規(guī)律的一種常見方法。3.欣賞不同版本的《孟姜女》教師播放江蘇和河北兩個地區(qū)的民歌《孟姜女》的音響。師：不同地區(qū)的《孟姜女》有什么異同？生：河北民歌節(jié)奏密集，可以說是江蘇民歌基礎(chǔ)上加花形成的。三、課堂小結(jié)通過這節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)，大家能在欣賞、演唱《沂蒙山小調(diào)》中發(fā)現(xiàn)、認(rèn)識“魚咬尾”這種民族音樂的發(fā)展手法。在欣賞江蘇民歌、河北民歌《孟姜女》后能說出他們的不同。熟悉了《包楞調(diào)》的旋律，了解了它的情緒。

三、年內(nèi)工作建議一是加快工程推進，加強項目謀劃。加快推進X204平峰至塔畈段水毀工程項目，積極協(xié)調(diào)配合施工單位完成官華路5.49公里瀝青鋪裝工程；完成5月27日、7月30日強降雨造成水毀工程修復(fù)工作，各村水毀修復(fù)工程還需加快進度，相關(guān)程序資料也要同步規(guī)整到位；完成2024年農(nóng)村公路危橋改造工程（杏花橋）項目建設(shè)工作；持續(xù)推進塔畈鄉(xiāng)客貨郵場綜合站建設(shè)工作；積極籌備2024年農(nóng)村道路項目庫建設(shè)內(nèi)容，結(jié)合建設(shè)計劃，針對性做好群眾宣傳工作。二是引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民參保，加大宣傳力度。繼續(xù)擴大城鄉(xiāng)居保覆蓋的廣度，做好居民參保后續(xù)跟蹤服務(wù)工作，保證做好不漏保、不斷保，加大對城鄉(xiāng)居保的宣傳力度，引導(dǎo)居民多交、長交，爭取到2024年末，塔畈鄉(xiāng)居民基本養(yǎng)老保險參保率達到100％，人均繳費水平達到680元以上。結(jié)合2024年醫(yī)療保險繳費工作任務(wù)及要求，認(rèn)真動員群眾積極參加醫(yī)療保險，確保塔畈鄉(xiāng)按時按質(zhì)完成醫(yī)保參保任務(wù)。

一是老舊小區(qū)改造和既有住宅加裝電梯工作亟待突破。老舊小區(qū)改造工作進展慢缺少看點和亮點，部分老舊小區(qū)居民對老舊小區(qū)改造和電梯加裝的支持不深，認(rèn)為舊改不如棚改情緒較大。二是項目推進力度有待提高。項目審批程序繁瑣，有關(guān)工作人員對業(yè)務(wù)不熟悉，對項目辦理流程和政策理解不到位，導(dǎo)致項目在辦理有關(guān)手續(xù)時進度緩慢。三、下步工作打算一是優(yōu)化“營商環(huán)境”格局，推動服務(wù)新速度。對照省、市、縣雙“一號工程”部署要求，提高“拿地即開工”覆蓋面，對符合條件的工業(yè)項目進行摸排按照應(yīng)進必進的原則，實現(xiàn)“拿地即開工”，加快工業(yè)項目落地。實行審批證照電子化，提高存量證照電子化及實效性，推動新增電子證照的同步簽發(fā)。擴大電子證照在工程建設(shè)項目審批領(lǐng)域和社會化場景的實際應(yīng)用，推廣一窗系統(tǒng)無證通辦功能，引導(dǎo)群眾通過手機亮證或授權(quán)方式核驗電子證照。
